Delivery Across India
We deliver to all postal addresses across India. Please provide a full and accurate street address, including the correct PIN Code/Zip Code, to ensure a seamless delivery experience.

Important Notes:

• Postal delays caused by incomplete or inaccurate address listings are beyond our responsibility.
• Shipments to Colleges, Schools, or Hostels are made at the customer’s risk. If the package is refused or not accepted at these locations, Whyte Owl will not issue refunds or credits.
• For special or preferred delivery dates, please mention the delivery date in the gift message box when placing your order. Otherwise, the order will be delivered at the earliest possible opportunity.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Courier companies may impose penalties for incorrect shipping addresses or mismatched PIN Codes. Any such charges must be borne by the customer, not Whyte Owl.

• Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.
• If reshipment is required due to incorrect or incomplete addresses, customers must pay re-shipping charges.
• Packages lost or misplaced due to incorrect/incomplete addresses will not be refunded or replaced.

Shipment and Tracking Details
Once your order is handed over to the courier, we will email you the tracking details, including the courier company's website link and an expected delivery date.

• Once dispatched, Whyte Owl is no longer responsible for delays or issues caused by courier companies.
• No further updates beyond tracking details can be provided.

Time to Dispatch
The dispatch timelines mentioned on our website are approximate and indicative. While we strive for prompt dispatch, unforeseen circumstances may cause delays.

• Normal Dispatch Timeline: 2–3 business days.
• Expected Delivery Timeline: 7–10 business days after dispatch.

Delivery time may vary depending on the delivery location, PIN Code, or weather conditions. Some PIN Codes may require longer than usual for delivery.
