  1. Dispatch upon Confirmation: Once we receive confirmation from your end, whether through email or WhatsApp, we will promptly dispatch your order.

Important Note:Please note that we will dispatch your order only after receiving confirmation from your side. It is essential to respond to the confirmation email or WhatsApp message with a "Yes" to initiate the dispatch process. 

 Cancellation Policy:

  1. Cancellation after Dispatch: In the event that you wish to cancel your order after it has been dispatched, certain charges will apply.
  1. Charges Incurred: Customers who cancel their orders after dispatch will be liable to pay the shipping charges and return courier charges.
  1. Payment Method: The total amount payable for cancellation, which includes shipping charges and return courier charges, amounts to ₹300. This amount must be paid using online payment methods.
