Return And Refund Policy

Overview: Whyte Owl does not offer exchanges or refunds in case of a change of mind. Any exchange or refund will only be borne by us if the mistake is from our end, supported by proof from the customer.

ORDERS ONCE PLACED CANNOT BE CANCELLED UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE.

We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective. In case of damaged goods, the amount will be refunded, provided a full video proof from opening the seal of the package till the end with no cuts, no filter, and no editing. Without this proof, Whyte Owl will not process the refund. No claims will be entertained without proof.

Note: No Refund or Exchange will be considered in case of size issues.

Conditions for a refund:

  • An unboxing video should be from the start of the package, including the name, address sheet, and the bill of the order. The video must be unfiltered, unedited, and without cuts.
  • The proof should be sent by email within 24 hours of receiving the order. If the proof is not provided within 24 hours, Whyte Owl will under no circumstance process the refund.
  • Only the product amount will be refunded, not the shipping cost.
  • The exchange of damaged products will be done according to availability. If the product is not available, the customer can either wait for the stock or request a refund. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • No refund or cancellation will be initiated while the order is still in transit or if the delivery is delayed due to the courier service, as we have no control over it.
  • No refund or cancellation will be initiated if the order is processed as usual.

Refund Credit Process: If a return and refund is approved, the amount will be credited to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Exceptions to our return and exchange policy:

  • Discounted items and sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged. Sale items are non-refundable.
  • Shipping costs will only be borne by us if the mistake is from our end, with proof. The shipping cost should not exceed ₹80/-.
  • No exchange or refund will be processed if the product has already been used by the customer.
  • If the package is lost or misplaced due to incorrect/incomplete address, Whyte Owl will not be responsible and will not process any refund.
  • If the customer rejects a prepaid order at the time of delivery, Whyte Owl will have no obligation to provide a refund.

IMPORTANT: If the package is returned due to the customer’s fault (wrong/incomplete address/contact details), only 50% of the amount will be refunded within 15-20 days.

Note: If the customer fails to report within 24 hours after receiving the products, no refund or exchange will be initiated.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

For expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
